Everything H2O provides the resources and mentorship required to help build and prosper careers within the water industry. Our mission is to advance education, awareness, and advocacy by empowering students and young professionals with the skills and knowledge in the disciplines of water science, engineering & technology; economics & politics of water; and humanities’ role in advancing water issues.
We are excited to launch EH2O’s 2022 campaign titled “Organizational Engagement”. This campaign is geared towards sharing our knowledge to mentor young professionals in your organization. This will be done by providing subject matter expertise and consultation through mentoring young professionals, help your staff develop technical tools, and act as a conduit between students and professionals in technical and non-technical fields within the water industry.
Our mentoring programs will provide mission-oriented career advising for students and professional development mentoring for young professionals. We will provide individualized short- and long-range guidance to students and young professionals to think about their career paths. This will expose them to the array of careers in the field of water resources, expanding diversity and sparking innovation. Our mentoring will benefit students and young professionals in better understanding the role of public works in our society as well as the role of private sector engaged in public works. This program will include mentoring young entrepreneurs in understanding and overcoming challenges in running small businesses.
Annual Sponsorship Program
EH2O is requesting your support through organizational sponsorship or direct donations. These funds will go towards developing materials to share with students in building mission-oriented careers, young professionals needing mentoring and oversight, and small businesses requiring administrative guidance.
